Day 6 - Cameron Corner to QLD Border

Today we had to leave early because Pat Callinan - Mr 4x4 was at Cameron Corner. He arrived 30 minutes after we had arrived yesterday and they were going to leave at 10am. If we left after them we would have been stuck behind heaps of cars all day, including all of his camera crew, fans, food supply and many more around 30 cars, all following Pat.

We reached Innamincka and wondered if we should stay there but decided not to because it was too wet and camping options were limited.

As we were leaving we saw Pat and all of his crew arrive and they were all staying at Innamincka. It was lucky we weren't staying there because it would've been chockablock.

We made our way to the QLD border and stayed on the side of the road, hoping that in the morning the Arrbury Track would be opened and we would be one of the first ones on it.

For dinner we had spaghetti bolognaise. Someone needs to teach Princess Fiona how to cater, as 1 kg of mince and 1.5kg of pasta is way too much for nine people. There was so much left over it was decided that breakfast would be spaghetti all round.
