We left Boulia and we found out that they had a outdoor 25m pool that can be transformed into an indoor pool. So that meant we had to have a look. The pool looked really good for such a small town.
As we traveled on the road we met a puddle of water. A really big puddle, so big that it looked like a lake. We had no trouble crossing the lake. As we were driving there were some drivers that started swearing at us because a stone flicked off our wheel and hit their windscreen. We didn't mean for that to happen but that's no reason to swear at us.
A little bit later we stopped at a ruin called Carcory Homestead.
We arrived at Birdsville for the night amd the girls went to go and see when the bakery was going to open. As we got there it was closed and it wasn't going to open on Friday so we were very disappointed.
We had tuna morna for tea.
Tip for those on dirt roads with lots of dust - Please turn your lights on so oncoming traffic can see you, because otherwise it gets really hard for the driver to see you and then we can make room so we can both get past each other.
